Return policy

Returns are accepted when notified within 7 days of receiving your purchase.  

All returned items need to be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached as well.

It’s important to note that return shipping cost are not covered by J La’ Boutique.  Please provide us with tracking information for your return so we can ensure your credit is issued in a timely manner.

After, your return is accepted you will receive a store credit for a future order.  Email us at info@shopjla.com to initiate a return.
